Why I Coach
I’m Kimberley Moriarty, a coach and facilitator with a lifelong fascination with people, behaviour and what helps us change.
Much of that curiosity was shaped by my own childhood and early adult experiences.
Many of the things I now help people with are things I have lived some version of myself.
Heartbreak. Difficult relationships. Body image. Family pain. Losing yourself. Rebuilding your life when things have not gone the way you expected.
I’m comfortable with the difficult stuff.
How I Work
I tend to build rapport quickly, and I’m direct. We can get past the surface and talk about what is really going on.
I work best with people whose experiences I can genuinely relate to. I’m not here to position myself as the person with all the answers.
I believe my clients have their own answers.
My role is to walk alongside them, ask the questions, challenge what needs challenging, and help them find what makes sense for them.
What Matters To Me
Ultimately, I want my clients to trust themselves more, not become reliant on me. Good coaching should leave you better able to navigate your own life.
My work is informed by the Three Principles understanding, lived experience, and years of working closely with people through real-life change.
Where I Share More
If you want a better feel for the perspective I bring to coaching, you can find me in two places:
On Substack, I share personal reflections on the ups and downs of being human, often through the coaching philosophy that shapes how I navigate my own life.

On What We’re Seeing, the podcast I co-host with my colleague Franziska Köslin, we have open, unscripted conversations about what we’re noticing in our own lives.
“Kimberley helped me find the tools to deal with my thoughts and emotions...
I’m turning into the person I always wanted to become.
And everything has been within me all this time—I just didn’t know it.”
