Kimberley Moriarty
Coach & Facilitator
Sometimes you reach a point where you know you don’t want to keep going the way you are.
Maybe your relationship is falling apart. You’ve been betrayed or rejected. You’re still carrying anger or hurt around something that happened years ago. You look in the mirror and only see what’s wrong. You don’t know whether to stay, leave, forgive, let go, speak up, or wait.
Maybe you’ve already spent months trying to work it out yourself. Talking it through. Reading about it. Trying to change how you feel. Hoping that time, another conversation, a different decision, or something changing around you will finally make things better.
And at some point, you realise you don’t want to keep trying to work it out alone.
Sometimes you need somewhere to put everything down and look at it differently. Coaching gives you that space. A chance to untangle what’s happened from everything you’ve made it mean, question what you’re taking as fact, and see what makes sense from there.
Things I help my clients with:
heartbreak, betrayal or rejection that they can’t seem to move past
relationships that have reached a point where they don’t know whether to stay, leave, rebuild or let go
family relationships carrying years of hurt, anger or resentment
painful experiences or memories that still affect how they feel and live now
body image, self-worth and the feeling that they’re never quite enough
big decisions when they’ve lost confidence in their own judgement

“Life coaching has been transformative to me as a person, to my immediate family affairs and my career opportunities. I have tried counselling, psychologist, cognitive behavioural therapy and drugs with no improvement to my quality of life. Little did I know that three months of intense life coaching will flip my mind around. Thank you Kimberley from the bottom of my heart. I am sincerely grateful to have had you as my coach”
